Conference registrations will not be confirmed until correct payment is received (either by credit card or by paying our pro forma invoice) and processed by the ITC’s Registration Office. The number of participants is limited. Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive your final invoice stating “paid” after the conference.

Conference registrations cancelled after August, 1st, 2017 will be entitled to a 50% refund. Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to cancel or to substitute a participant, please contact ITC’s Registration Office at the earliest opportunity (e-mail, phone +4687532755). ITC reserves itself the right to postpone or cancel the conference, to change the location or to alter the advertised speakers.

Conference fee
Conference fee includes participation and access, conference material, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, as well as coffee breaks and lunch on Thursday. Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the conference fee. Participants are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements. Rooms at the conference hotel can be booked at a special rate as long as available. Participants will receive related information together with the confirmation as soon ITC have received their payment.

Force Majeure
ITC reserves itself the right to cancel without notice or compensation the ITC User Conference in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, or flood). In such cases, the ITC is freed of all responsibility.

Personal information
Please note that participant contact details will be kept on the ITC’s database, for internal use only. Unless ITC’s Registration Office has received an explicit request from registrant disallowing to share his/her contact information (through the Registration Form), a list of all participants including their names, companies and e-mail addresses will be included in the delegate packs.
The e-mail addresses will also be used to circulate last minute details and announcements of future ITC events.
